Our first planned program is designed around resource navigation, community coordination, and follow-through.

Many useful veteran resources already exist. Our planned role is to make them easier to navigate by identifying needs, connecting veterans with appropriate providers, coordinating where useful, and checking whether the connection was successful.
Listen to the veteran, identify the issue, understand barriers, and clarify the desired outcome.
Identify an appropriate community, nonprofit, government, or other trusted resource.
Where appropriate, help clarify the referral and improve communication with the resource provider.
Check whether the connection occurred and determine whether another next step may be needed.
Before launch, we are working to identify credible resource partners, define volunteer responsibilities, establish referral and follow-through procedures, develop basic accountability processes, and create accurate outreach materials.
